Wimbles Rules

We would really appreciate it if you could abide by our rules to make sure everyone has an enjoyable holiday!

  • Our farm fields and woodland are natural, wild areas.
  • Deep Water is on site! Children need to be supervised at all times.
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • Our out of-hours contact numbers can be found on the notice board upon entry, should you need to contact us when reception is closed.

Noise is strictly not permitted by your Shepherd Hut, Eco lodge or tent between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.00am. Please be considerate at all times.

Parents also please be aware of your fellow campers early in the morning and ask your children be be respectful of others’ desire to sleep late.

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units!

We have logs and kindling to buy. No foraging for wood is allowed. The fallen and dead wood provides vital habitats for all kinds of animals and should be left alone.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit. Dogs are welcome but please keep them under control on a lead at all times.

We do not accept any breed banned under the Dangerous Dog Act. If you bring any dog deemed dangerous, antisocial or in any way threatening you will be immediately
asked to leave.

Please clean up after your dog, and do not allow it to run freely around the field or woodland.

  • By making a booking with us, you accept that Experience Sussex Limited cannot be held liable for any accident or injury sustained during your stay.
  • Experience Sussex Limited is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Nature”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

No hen/stag parties.

There are no bins onsite: all rubbish will need to be taken home with you.
